You are great at what you do. How you take the pieces and suggestions and create the collateral that you do is an amazing skill.
But sometimes the copy you are handed is still a little rough, or it hasn’t been edited for clarity. So when you create your project, you are starting with materials that aren’t as strong as they could be. Or sometimes in an effort to make the document look just right, space is added or subtracted, sometimes at the cost of a letter or word. You want your work to be at its best before handing it back to your client. This holds true for printed and online pieces.
